Classes at our shala, following the tradition taught by Sharath Jois and Sri K. Pattabhi Jois before him, are Mysore-style. In these classes, students progress slowly as they memorize and master a sequence of postures proposed by the method. As it is a powerful, dynamic and efficient method of Yoga, the body and mind of practitioners, little by little, are being transformed through a deep self-knowledge acquired with the individual dedication of each one and with the construction of a regular and constant.
